Yoga Guide works without an account. This page explains the small amount of data the app sends to our server, and why.
What we collect
- A random device ID created by the app on first launch. It is not linked to your name, email or phone number.
- Practice sessions: the flow name, how long you practised and when. Used to keep your streak and to count anonymous usage totals.
- Custom flows you create, so they are backed up and can be shared by link if you choose.
- Your time zone, so daily challenges and streaks follow your local day.
- A push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging), only if you allow notifications, to send the daily reminder.
What we don't collect
No name, email, contacts, location, photos, health records or advertising ID. There are no ads and no third-party analytics.
How it is used and shared
The data is used only to run the app's features. It is not sold or shared, except that push notifications are delivered through Google's Firebase service. Data is sent over HTTPS.
Keeping and deleting data
Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your phone. To delete the data held on our server for your device, email us and we will remove it within 30 days.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics. It loads its font from Google Fonts.
