These terms apply to the Yoga Guide app and this website, both provided by ToolHub India ("we"). By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
Health and safety
Yoga Guide offers general wellness and fitness guidance only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace a doctor or physiotherapist.
- Talk to a doctor before starting if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or surgery, or have a heart, blood pressure, spine or joint condition.
- Read the contraindications listed for each pose.
- Stop straight away if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
- You practise at your own risk and are responsible for doing so safely.
Using the app
The app is free for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell or redistribute its content, or try to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the app or its server.
Your custom flows and shared links
Flows you create are yours. When you share a flow, anyone with the link can see its name, description and pose list, so don't put personal information in them. You can delete a flow at any time, which also removes its shared link.
Availability and changes
We try to keep the app and server running, but we can't promise they will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, poses and content. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app means you accept the changes.
Content and trademarks
The app's text, illustrations, sounds and design belong to ToolHub India. Yoga poses themselves are traditional practices and belong to everyone; our descriptions and drawings of them are ours.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by Indian law, the app is provided "as is", and ToolHub India is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from using the app or following its guidance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
